The pen is in very good to excellent condition. The only problem to report is a bit of nickel wear on the threads. Otherwise, the pen is perfectly clean and problem-free; no brassing and no scratches. The nib is a fine, stubby one with a lot of flex for a Sheaffer. Restored, the pen fills and writes well.
